A perfect tool for learning. New desired features: advance settings to select the variance of the sorted cards, plan a weekly or monthly learning schedule, sound speech recognition for those who try and learn foreign languages. Regards!

What a great app! That it shows cards in ten card intervals is really great to get frequent breaks and looks at how youre doing. This app has helped me add new Chinese words at a much faster pace than my old Flash Cards Deluxe app. My only issue is that there doesnt appear to be a way to reoganize the cards alphabetically, which is how I like it because then I can find them more easily. Ive added a few words twice because of this. Its a minor annoyance, and I still give it 5 stars for being so effective.

Easy way to keep things fresh in the old noggin. I like studying the countries of the world to show off how worldly I am.

This is a pretty useful app, with spaced recognition I havent seen implemented since the tragically-abandoned Genius for Mac. Unfortunately, it seems to have problems implementing the last few unseen cards into rotation. My deck has 48 cards at the "A" tier, and 2 that are still marked "New" that dont show up no matter how many times I review.

I like that it picks which cards I need to study.

Great new interface and updated design. The ability to add you own new flashcard decks is a nice, easy experience. This app makes memorization much easier!

The app remains elegant in its simplicity and usefulness. It is quick, cool, and useful. The company is diligent in its updates, and each iteration adds to its robustness and functionality.

AnkiApp is with me wherever I am, on my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook Air. I move seamlessly between platforms and study vocabulary on whichever device is in my hand.

This app lags like no other. I heard the algorithm for learning was better than ankiweb, but the user experience leaves so much to be desired. 1. Viewing options for browsing my decks. My decks have long names and I have no option to shrink the deck menu and instead had to rename all of my decks. 2. Jumping through too many menus to get to what I want to do. Redundancy with things like "dashboard" and my decks. Why not just combine the two? Also give me an option to keep my filter instead of having to reapply it every time I go back to "My Decks" 3. Lag lag lag crash. Half of the time I spend waiting for my results to load, half of the time I spend waiting for my decks to download, and the problem isnt with my internet connection. When the decks fail to download the app crashes. Then we start the cycle over but with more swearing involved. These are just some of the more frustrating things Ive encountered with this app and the only reason I use it is because I feel the algorithm is better than the other anki app. Not sure how often updates happen for this app but if you were a power anki user like me, be prepared for a lot of hair pulling.

Great UI , great algorithm.

Very useful, beautiful interface, with incredible functionality. I use it every day. This app makes it easy to learn an alphabet, reinforce vocabulary, or study for that upcoming history final that you are dreading. 100% would recommend to a friend. The only suggestion I have would be to have an option to mark different cards with different colors.

App opens fine, but once I click decks, the screen turns blue and shows the Anki logo. I cant access any of my cards.

This is a solid working app on the phone. I can find the decks and use them easily. The user interface is very intuitive. The selection of the deck is fantastic. Recommended for anyone who is looking for a great flash card app.

Just downloaded this app for my iPhone and it doesnt even open.

The best app for studying, youll know the material like a pro in no time. Makes quizlet look kinda mediocre

This app is great when it works, but at least once a day recently Ive encountered a big where I have to re-login, the deck doesnt appear when I click through (only blue screen with logo), and I basically have no way to access the deck unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. Once a day. Huge pain

When I found this App I felt as if I had found the holy grail! Especially after I gave up on the possibility of using Anki-style app on the iPad. The only reason I did not give this app 5 stars is because of the Dashboard interface. I wish I can keep more than five decks in the history! I review more than ten decks a day and I have to go every time to my decks option and then choose the deck I want to review. Also sometimes decks come with a long title (or name) and I cannot figure out which is which unless I open them and read their name or title! And that is not convenient. Otherwise, the app is working perfectly and I use it everyday; it is a must-to-have app for all learners!

I am having the same problem as another user. This app sometimes logs itself out and when this happens it deletes all card on the local drive. They are on the remote drive still but when you try to download them it doesnt work. The only way to get ten back is to delete the whole app and re download it. Very frustrating. Please fix ankiapp!!!
